James has served as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in four private clinics across Sydney and provided community physiotherapy, treating NDIS and aged care patients in-home, at community centres, and via telehealth. Additionally, he was the head physiotherapist for Virgin Australia, managing workplace injuries and developing pre-habilitation and rehabilitation programs. James has also worked with professional sports teams, including Inner West Magpies and Sydney Olympic FC, treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries.
