Private consultations
Telehealth physiotherapy is fully covered by private health insurers, making it easy to access professional support from home, work, or while travelling. Coverage works just like any other private physiotherapy service and is available with all major health funds.

Medicare consultations
A Medicare referral is required prior to an initial session to qualify for the Medicare consultation.
Patients referred by their GP may be entitled to up to 1–5 physiotherapy sessions per calendar year covered by Medicare. No gap fee applies for these consultations.
To avoid incurring any charges, you must upload a PDF or photo of your referral after completing the patient consent form and before your appointment.

WorkCover / CTP consultations
Patients covered under their relative states WorkCover or Compulsory Third Party (CTP) claim are eligible for fully funded physiotherapy consultations. No gap fee applies to these appointments.
To ensure coverage and avoid any charges, you must upload a PDF or photo of your supporting documentation (including your claim number and approval) after completing the patient consent form and prior to your appointment.
